	<title><![CDATA[Why this site?]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>I created an electric vehicle back in the 1990s by converting a diesel Rabbit with a dead motor into an EV. My intent was to just do it as an experiment but it became my daily commuter car. I was addicted.</p><p>Jump forward 30 years and EVs are very different and on their way to being everywhere. There are a log of serialized groups about EVs today including my own EVs group on <a href="https://minds.com">https://minds.com</a> but I feel something that is more useful as a reference is needed.
