	<title><![CDATA[Is GM Going to sell Direct?]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>GM has already bought out Cadillac dealers who don't want to sell EVs in the US. It is now making the same offer to Buick dealers. There are some states in the U.S. (Texas, for example) where car manufacturers cannot sell directly to customers so completely going away in the U.S. won't happen yet -- until laws are changed.</p><p>GM has now started an effort to sell direct in China. This has worked for Tesla.</p>]]></description>
